the use of lightweight materials in the environment of outer space. The Russian space mirror tested in orbit had 65-foot diameter.
That’s a diameter of is 790 inches. The surface area of the Russian space mirror is largest than the Hubble Space Telescope. The existence of lightweight deployable
space mirrors makes it possible to create individual space telescope with diameter of one mile. The space based telescope
system will be based on the construction of 24-mile wide space mirrors based telescopes. Therefore the overall surface of
the combined space telescopes will be 24 miles. Once they are in orbit humanity can view all points within the entire solar
system down a resolution of one meter. Other words an object of a car can be spotted by the orbital space mirror system within
10 billion miles. Earth scientists can make discoveries unparallel in human history. At the same time the orbital space telescope
system will make it to see the oncoming approach of comets, roaming black holes and even very small asteroids to the surface
of the planet Earth. The space mirror telescope system could discover different types of extra solar worlds up to 20,000 light
years away. Perhaps the space mirror system could find an Earth like worlds within 1,500 light years. Currently the farthest
extrasolar world discovered with the telescope whose is less than 300 inches is about 1,500 light years.The 12 telescopes
will be created in America. The other 12 space mirrors will be created in Russia. Therefore this space mirror telescope system
will become a very important yet inexpensive international space project. The Dean Global Observatory System will use American
spacecraft and Russian spacecraft to transport the 24 mirrors to the environment of outer space. If possible all 24 space
mirrors will met at the international space station for testing Then they will be tug to the different points of the same orbit. The Dean Global Observatory System
will be composed of radio telescopes and radar telescopes made from recyclable aluminum. The world’s combined radio/radar
telescope system is one-mile wide device with a weight of 600 tons. At one thousand dollars per ton the price of the aluminum
will be not les than $600,000 per telescope. The Dean Global Observatory System will create 10 arrays of radio/radar telescopes
composed of three telescopes weighting 1,800 tons. The total number of telescopes is thirty telescopes covering almost entire
sky with greater area than one single radio/radar telescope. The total surface of the radio/radar telescopes is 30 miles.
The weight of the thirty telescopes will be 18000 tons. The price of the recyclable aluminum will not less than $18 million
dollars. Now the old saying goes that the eyes are the mirrors of the soul. Well with these new ultra-cheap ultra-high-quality
mirrors, for less than $20,000, you can have your very own 2.5-meter mirror to gaze into the soul of the Universe. The small-scale liquid mirror telescope system will base on the manufacturing of mass produced mercury telescopes.
The creation of 1,000 liquid mercury telescopes will cost about $20 million dollars alone. If they are place an array field
of ten 2.5-meter telescopes the astronomers can have the power of a greater power than one telescope at their disposal. If
100 liquid mercury telescope array are place around the Earth the two problems are solved. The existence of 100 new observatories
